Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it under the GDPR. It covers the site at ufi-pcn.com and the contact form on it, not any separate agreement you may have with us once a project is underway.
Who we are

What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address and message you enter. The company field is optional; the others are required to send the form. If you email us directly instead, we collect whatever your message and email address contain.
Like most websites, our hosting provider's server also logs standard technical information for every visitor — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — regardless of whether the contact form is used.
Why we collect it
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest: answering an enquiry you have chosen to send us. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not ask for more than the form requests. Server logs are kept on the same basis, for security and to keep the site running reliably.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, for the duration of that engagement plus the period our accounting and contract obligations require. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider before they are rotated out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share the data you send us with any third party. Our hosting provider processes it on our behalf, as the technical infrastructure the form and the server logs run on, but does not use it for its own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ufi-pcn.com. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies. It does load one third-party resource: web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when a page loads. We have not enabled any analytics, advertising or tracking script on this site.
